Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” drives current trader sentiment through its unmatched 20-week non-consecutive Hot 100 reign as of late August 2026, fueled by steady streaming, radio airplay, and sales that have outpaced every non-holiday competitor. The Alabama country artist’s track, from her album *Dandelion*, has rewritten records for female country singles and maintained dominance amid a broader country surge that once swept the top five. Newer releases like Ariana Grande’s “hate that i made you love me,” Taylor Swift’s “I Knew It, I Knew You” from the *Toy Story 5* soundtrack, Morgan Wallen’s “Been By Now,” and Langley’s own “Be Her” posted strong debuts or brief runs but lack the sustained multi-metric hold needed to unseat it. With the September 19 chart period approaching, momentum hinges on whether any fresh single can match its consistent consumption data before the tracking week locks.
