This market will resolve in favor of the player on a Southeastern Conference (SEC) team that finishes the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season with the most passing yards among all SEC players. A player's conference is the football conference affiliation of his team for the 2026 season as recognized by the NCAA. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with more passing touchdowns during the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player with a higher average of passing yards per attempt during the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to "Other". If the 2026 NCAA FBS season concludes early, is shortened, or is truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NCAA FBS statistics for completed games. If the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 3, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which SEC player led the conference in passing yards within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NCAA (https://www.ncaa.com/stats/football/fbs); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The deep pool of returning and transfer quarterbacks across the SEC keeps implied probabilities tightly clustered for the 2026 passing yards leader. Trinidad Chambliss enters with the highest 2025 total (3,937 yards) after taking over at Ole Miss, while Arch Manning posted 3,163 yards and finished strongly for Texas amid an upgraded supporting cast. Gunner Stockton, Marcel Reed, Sam Leavitt, LaNorris Sellers, and Byrum Brown (Auburn transfer) all bring comparable volume potential in pass-heavy schemes, with several teams featuring strong offensive lines and weapons that support sustained attempts. Early-season uncertainty around offensive line play, new coordinators, and how quickly each unit gels further compresses the field, as historical SEC leaders have often required 3,500-plus yards in 12-13 games.
