Malachi Toney’s record-setting 234-yard, three-touchdown opener for Miami has edged his implied probability slightly ahead, building on his 2025 national-leading 1,211 receiving yards as a freshman. The ACC’s unusually deep receiver class keeps the market tightly bunched, however, as proven producers like Cooper Barkate (Miami transfer), Duce Robinson (Florida State), T.J. Moore and Bryant Wesco Jr. (Clemson), Tre Richardson (Louisville), and others enter with comparable 2025 volume, strong quarterback situations, and favorable offensive schemes. Early-season usage, target share, and injury developments will determine separation in this crowded field where no single player holds a decisive edge.
