Current forecast models indicate daytime highs near 30–32°C for Panama City on September 12, with scattered thunderstorms and high humidity typical of the rainy season potentially allowing brief peaks above 33°C. This aligns with the market-implied 50% probability for 33°C or higher, above the September climatological average high of 30–31°C. Recent observations show slightly elevated temperatures amid ongoing convective patterns, while model consensus points to afternoon maxima modulated by cloud cover and sea-breeze effects. Updated runs from regional meteorological agencies will clarify exact timing of any intensification or clearing, directly influencing resolution around the 31–33°C thresholds.
