**Trader sentiment for Miami's lowest temperature on September 5, 2026, centers on the 76–81°F range, with 76–77°F, 80–81°F, and 78–79°F holding nearly equal implied probabilities (30–34% each).** This tight clustering reflects genuine uncertainty in overnight minimums amid typical late-summer subtropical conditions. Official forecasts and station data point to a minimum near 80–81°F, driven by persistently high dew points (around 77–80°F), elevated humidity (80–90%+), and variable cloud cover from scattered showers and thunderstorms. These factors suppress radiative cooling after sunset. Early-morning readings near 81–82°F, followed by only modest drops to the upper 70s–low 80s under light winds and partial clearing, align with National Weather Service guidance and recent station observations (e.g., prior days' lows of 75–78°F rising amid warmer advection). Differentiation among the leading bins hinges on small shifts in timing and intensity: stronger or earlier convection could trap heat and push the low toward 80–81°F, while clearer skies or lighter winds might allow brief radiative cooling toward 76–79°F. Historical September averages near 77°F provide context, but 2026 conditions show slightly elevated warmth. Market odds remain balanced because models show modest spread and official Miami International Airport observations carry inherent micro-scale variability. Newer forecast updates or real-time station trends could quickly shift the consensus.

The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the lowest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=kmia
This market will resolve off of the Hourly Data provided using the "Show Hourly Data" button.
If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source.
In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to US Units w/ kts" button until the relevant table displays °F.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Fahrenheit (eg, 21°F). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
