This market will resolve to "Yes" if the champion of VALORANT Champions 2026 (also known as VCT Champions 2026), currently scheduled for September 24 to October 18, 2026, in Shanghai, China goes unbeaten in every match during the tournament. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". "Unbeaten" is defined as having not recorded a loss during any match in any stage (Group Stage and Playoffs) of VALORANT Champions 2026. Only match losses count; individual map losses within a match the team wins do not count as losses. If VALORANT Champions 2026 is canceled, postponed after November 17, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is no confirmed unbeaten champion within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the tournament organizer, Riot Games, via the VALORANT Esports website (https://valorantesports.com). However, a consensus of credible reporting (e.g., Liquipedia at https://liquipedia.net/valorant/VCT/2026/Champions) may also be used. The balanced roster depth and recent regional parity across the 16 qualified teams from Americas, EMEA, Pacific, and China create even odds for an undefeated champion. No single side has posted dominant international results through the 2026 season, with strong contenders like Paper Rex, TYLOO, NRG, G2 Esports, and Karmine Corp each carrying recent form advantages but also proven vulnerabilities in best-of-three series. The GSL-style group stage followed by double-elimination playoffs requires multiple clean series wins in a high-variance tactical FPS environment, where map pool shifts, patch updates, and individual performances can quickly alter momentum. Last year's precedent of an unbeaten title run keeps the outcome viable while the depth of the field and elimination bracket structure sustain competitive balance heading into the September 24 opener in Shanghai.
