This market will resolve according to which map is played the most times across all official matches of VALORANT Champions 2026 (also known as VCT Champions 2026), currently scheduled for September 24 to October 18, 2026, in Shanghai, China. The competitive map pool for VALORANT Champions 2026 consists of Abyss, Ascent, Haven, Lotus, Split, Summit, and Sunset. Every completed map in every official match of the tournament (Group Stage and Playoffs) counts once, regardless of its result or whether it went to overtime. Maps that are forfeited or awarded without being played do not count. If two or more maps are tied for the most plays, this market will resolve to the map whose name comes first alphabetically. If the map played the most times is not listed in this market (e.g., due to a map pool change), this market will resolve to "Other". If VALORANT Champions 2026 is canceled or postponed such that it has not concluded by November 17, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source for this market will be the official match results and per-map statistics on vlr.gg (https://www.vlr.gg/event/2766/valorant-champions-2026). However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The tight clustering of probabilities around 45-46% for Abyss, Ascent, Haven, Lotus, Split, Summit, Sunset, and Other reflects a balanced seven-map competitive pool entering VALORANT Champions 2026. No map has emerged as a clear favorite or frequent decider in recent VCT stages, as top teams from Pacific, Americas, EMEA, and China demonstrate strong proficiency and flexible veto strategies across the rotation. Distinct map traits—such as mid-control emphasis on several battlegrounds and varied engagement ranges—combined with stable agent meta trends and even recent form, encourage even distribution of picks in the upcoming group stage and double-elimination playoffs. This setup leaves room for small shifts based on opening matchups and team-specific preparations.
