This market will resolve in favor of the player on a Big 12 Conference team that finishes the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season with the most passing yards among all Big 12 players. A player's conference is the football conference affiliation of his team for the 2026 season as recognized by the NCAA. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with more passing touchdowns during the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player with a higher average of passing yards per attempt during the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to "Other". If the 2026 NCAA FBS season concludes early, is shortened, or is truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NCAA FBS statistics for completed games. If the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 3, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which Big 12 player led the conference in passing yards within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NCAA (https://www.ncaa.com/stats/football/fbs); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026 Big 12 passing yards race sits in a tight cluster of implied probabilities because the conference enters the season with unusual depth at quarterback and no clear returning volume leader after multiple departures. Returning starters such as Arizona’s Noah Fifita, BYU’s Bear Bachmeier, Houston’s Conner Weigman, and Utah’s Devon Dampier bring proven production and experience, while high-profile additions like Oklahoma State transfer Drew Mestemaker (nation-leading yardage at North Texas), UCF’s Alonza Barnett III, Baylor’s DJ Lagway, and TCU’s Jaden Craig inject fresh upside. Early-season schedules, offensive line stability, target distribution, and injury resilience will shape cumulative totals across 12 teams, keeping individual edges narrow in trader consensus.
