Arsenal's status as defending champions with the Premier League's stingiest defense underpins their 72.5% implied probability, driven by just one goal conceded across four matches and three clean sheets to open 2026-27. Continuity in the back line featuring Saliba, Gabriel, and Golden Glove favorite David Raya, combined with the lowest expected goals against in the division, sustains trader confidence despite the season's early stage. Manchester City at 16.5% and Chelsea at 13% trail due to comparatively higher concessions and less proven recent form, while the broad field at 10.5-12% reflects limited expectations for sustained shutouts from sides like Liverpool or promoted Hull City amid a 38-game schedule.
