Full-year 2026 guidance remains centered at 90.5% plus or minus 50 basis points, reflecting expectations of seasonal claims pressure in later quarters. With Q2 2026 results due August 5, the evenly matched market-implied odds across 87.5%-92%+ bins highlight uncertainty around whether medical cost trends and membership mix will sustain the Q1 improvement or revert toward the guided annual rate amid ongoing utilization dynamics and competitive pressures in Medicare Advantage.
