This market will resolve to the partnership that wins the 2026 PPA: Veolia Arizona Open Mixed Doubles Tournament. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed partnership to win the 2026 PPA: Veolia Arizona Open Mixed Doubles Tournament per the rules of the tournament, the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If the 2026 PPA: Veolia Arizona Open Mixed Doubles Tournament is cancelled, postponed after September 27, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from the Professional Pickleball Association (https://ppatour.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**The wide-open mixed doubles field at the 2026 Veolia Arizona Open stems from notable absences of several top players, including Anna Bright, Jorja Johnson, Hayden Patriquin, Gabe Tardio, and JW Johnson, which has created opportunities for new partnerships and lower seeds to contend.** Anna Leigh Waters and Ben Johns enter as the clear top seeds and recent dominant force in PPA Tour mixed doubles, yet their 37.5% implied probability reflects both their historical edge and the heightened uncertainty from roster changes. Multiple teams clustered around 25% or below, such as Brooke Buckner/Dylan Frazier, Jaume Martinez Vich/Milan Rane, and others, benefit from fresh pairings, strong recent form in prior events, and favorable draw sections. The competitive dynamics hinge on early-round matchups, rest advantages, and which emerging tandems capitalize on the thinned elite competition before the later rounds.
