The WI-03 race features a November 2026 rematch between Republican incumbent Derrick Van Orden and Democratic nominee Rebecca Cooke in one of the nation’s most competitive House districts. Van Orden’s narrow 2024 victory margin and the district’s swing character have kept the seat in play. Cooke’s August 11 primary win over Emily Berge, combined with a June poll showing her ahead 50-46, has shaped trader views of her stronger position heading into the general election. National midterm dynamics, fundraising trends, and the absence of major recent shifts in the race further support the current implied probabilities favoring the Democratic outcome.
