Traders see an 82% implied probability against Justin Aguiar facing conviction before 2027 primarily because Canadian sexual assault cases move slowly through overloaded courts, with the current charge—stemming from an August 2024 allegation—still in early stages after his November 2025 arrest. Prior 2019 and 2023 charges against the Toronto dating coach and influencer were withdrawn, often after extended proceedings or peace bonds, highlighting patterns of non-conviction. Low overall conviction rates for reported sexual assaults further shape sentiment, even as additional accusers have spoken publicly. Key catalysts ahead include the January 2026 court appearance and any potential trial scheduling, though backlogs and procedural timelines make resolution by year-end unlikely.
