Official forecasts from Environment Canada and supporting model guidance indicate a high near 19°C for Toronto on September 19, with afternoon temperatures likely peaking between 17–19°C under increasing cloud cover and easterly flow. This setup follows a cooler air mass, limiting daytime warming below the long-term average of 21°C while suppressing stronger solar heating. Ensemble consistency across sources points to minimal upward revision risk absent unexpected clearing, keeping 17°C and 18°C as the dominant market-implied outcomes with combined probability exceeding 80%. Traders appear to weigh the narrow forecast spread and typical observation uncertainty around the daily maximum when pricing these levels ahead of final surface readings.
