Trader sentiment centers on National Weather Service forecasts and model consensus projecting an overnight low near 78°F for Miami on September 14, amid typical late-summer subtropical conditions with high humidity, light easterly winds, and scattered afternoon thunderstorms. Official guidance from the Miami NWS office shows Monday night lows in the upper 70s under partly cloudy skies, consistent with GFS data and historical September baselines where minimum temperatures rarely drop below 76°F without a strong frontal passage. Key variables include minor model spread on dew points and cloud cover that could nudge readings a degree or two lower if clearing occurs earlier than expected, while persistent moisture supports the current 41.5% market-implied probability on 78-79°F. Updated NWS briefings and next model runs remain the primary near-term catalysts.
