Preseason roster moves and quarterback stability are shaping early trader consensus on NFL playoff probabilities, with the Los Angeles Rams and Baltimore Ravens among the shortest odds to reach the postseason. The Rams bolstered their defense via key additions while maintaining offensive continuity, positioning them as division and conference frontrunners amid a favorable schedule. Baltimore's new defensive coordinator and Lamar Jackson's health remain pivotal after missing the playoffs last season. Buffalo, Cincinnati, and Kansas City also command strong implied probabilities based on recent form and core talent retention, though AFC parity and injury risks could shift outcomes. NFC contenders face tougher division battles and travel factors, with underdogs like the Jets or Cardinals needing significant improvements in roster depth to contend.
