**The 2026-27 Liga MX season (Apertura phase) remains in its opening weeks, with no goalkeeper having accumulated a decisive lead in clean sheets amid a league where roughly 44% of matches end without a goal conceded.** Andrés Sánchez (Atlético San Luis), Óscar García (León), and Ezequiel Unsain (Necaxa) sit atop the market at closely bunched implied probabilities because traders view them as the most likely to play the bulk of minutes for sides capable of grinding out shutouts over the full campaign, including the Clausura. San Luis, León, and Necaxa currently sit in the lower half of the table but feature established starters expected to feature consistently. Stronger defensive units such as América (Luis Malagón), Guadalajara (Raúl Rangel), and Cruz Azul (Kevin Mier) trail in pricing despite better recent results, reflecting uncertainty over rotation, fixture difficulty, and the long horizon of the full 2026-27 campaign. Early standings show a compressed table with multiple teams conceding under 1.5 goals per game on average, keeping the race wide open and sensitive to any sustained defensive improvement or injury.
