This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed country formally signs a normalization agreement with Israel under the framework of the Abraham Accords by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A formal signing refers to an official agreement between Israel and another country that is publicly acknowledged by both governments and clearly attributed to the Abraham Accords or their continuation. The resolution source will be official government statements, however a consensus for credible reporting may also be used.Saudi Arabia remains the leading candidate for joining the Abraham Accords before 2027, though normalization talks have stalled amid Riyadh’s insistence on verifiable progress toward Palestinian statehood alongside security and nuclear cooperation assurances. Kazakhstan’s November 2025 accession demonstrated the framework’s resilience despite the Gaza conflict and subsequent regional escalations, including the September 2025 Israeli strike in Doha and expanded Israeli operations. President Trump has repeatedly urged multiple states—including Qatar, Pakistan, Turkey, and Egypt—to join simultaneously as part of any Iran-related agreement, but responses have been negative or noncommittal, with Riyadh instead advancing alternative defense pacts and the R-4 grouping. Syria has seen exploratory discussions since the 2024 regime change, while Indonesia and others cite domestic constraints. With Israeli elections possible in late 2026 and ongoing U.S.-Iran diplomacy, any breakthrough would require rapid diplomatic shifts unlikely in the remaining months.
