If the 2026 NCAA FBS season concludes early, is shortened, or is truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NCAA FBS statistics for completed games. If the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 3, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which player led NCAA FBS in receiving yards within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NCAA (https://www.ncaa.com/stats/football/fbs); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Preseason consensus positions Jeremiah Smith as the leading candidate for the 2026 FBS receiving yards title after back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons at Ohio State, but the market remains tightly bunched because a deep group of established and emerging wide receivers operates in high-volume passing offenses.** Returning standouts such as Malachi Toney (Miami), who posted 1,211 yards as a true freshman and opened 2026 with a record-setting performance, KJ Duff (Rutgers), Cam Coleman (Texas), Ryan Wingo (Texas), Nick Marsh (Indiana), Mario Craver (Texas A&M), and Charlie Becker (Indiana) all enter with strong production histories or elite recruiting pedigrees. Early Week 1 stat lines show immediate contributions from several names, yet the even distribution of implied probabilities reflects shared upside across Power conference attacks, variable target shares, defensive attention, and the long regular-season sample still ahead. No single player has separated decisively after limited action.
