**AS maintains a commanding lead in trader consensus for the October 3, 2026, Saeima election, reflecting sustained polling strength.** Recent August surveys from Latvijas Fakti and SKDS show the United List (Apvienotais saraksts, led by Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs) at approximately 23.6% support, well ahead of competitors including SV (Suverēnā vara), PRO (Progresīvie), LPV, and NA. This positioning stems from the party's role in the four-party coalition formed in May 2026 after the prior government's collapse, combined with consistent gains in voter intention polls through summer. Early voting begins September 28, with final campaigning ending October 2; no major shifts from recent events have altered the relative standings. Lower probabilities for trailing lists align with their narrower polling margins and structural challenges in reaching plurality in the 100-seat parliament.
