This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Premier League for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Premier League for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Premier League (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Premier League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Arsenal enter 2026-27 as defending champions after claiming the 2025-26 title on 85 points, and their perfect early-season record plus squad reinforcements like Bruno Guimaraes have reinforced trader expectations they will lead the table again. This leaves Manchester City, runners-up last term, as the consensus pick for second place despite the post-Guardiola transition under Enzo Maresca and major squad turnover including arrivals such as Elliot Anderson and Enzo Fernandez. Chelsea sit third in the runner-up market following heavy summer investment and Xabi Alonso’s appointment, while Manchester United and Liverpool trail amid their own managerial changes under Michael Carrick and Andoni Iraola. Early results and historical depth position these sides ahead of the chasing pack in the implied probabilities.
