Kimi Antonelli holds a commanding lead in the 2026 drivers’ standings with 219 points after 11 rounds, driven by six wins—including a five-race streak early in the season—and nine podiums under the new technical regulations. The Mercedes driver’s consistency and maturity in his second year have created a roughly 50-point cushion over Lewis Hamilton, whose rejuvenated Ferrari campaign has yielded 169 points and second place. George Russell sits third on 160 points as Antonelli’s teammate, while Max Verstappen, Lando Norris, and others trail further behind amid a competitive but fragmented midfield. Recent results, including Antonelli’s Belgian Grand Prix victory, have reinforced trader consensus around his title probability while leaving limited implied scope for late-season shifts from Hamilton or the chasing pack.
