Fares Zakaria, ranked around 520 with a career high of 449, faces David Bakonyi, ranked near 1729, in the M25 Ollersbach round of 32 on July 22. Zakaria holds the edge in overall experience at the ITF level despite a mixed recent record of three wins in his last 10 matches. Bakonyi, a 19-year-old Hungarian, advanced with a straight-sets win over Yanick Schneider in the same event but remains far behind in ranking points and consistency. Limited head-to-head history shows competitive prior encounters, yet the substantial ranking gap and Zakaria’s stronger service and return metrics shape trader consensus around an 77% implied win probability for the Egyptian. Clay-court conditions typical of this Austrian stop and any late fitness updates could influence the outcome.
