Only regular season clean sheets will be considered for this market. Clean sheets recorded in playoff, relegation, postseason, preseason, or any other stage of competition will not be considered. If the 2026-27 Ligue 1 season concludes early, is shortened, or is truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available Ligue 1 statistics for completed games. If the 2026-27 Ligue 1 season is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which team led Ligue 1 in clean sheets within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from Ligue 1; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026-27 Ligue 1 campaign has only just begun with a handful of opening fixtures, leaving traders to assess a wide field of defensively organized sides without meaningful sample data on clean-sheet accumulation. Historical benchmarks from the prior season show PSG conceding the fewest goals while Lens, Lille, and Lyon posted strong records, yet pre-season models and summer roster adjustments have kept expectations balanced among mid-table clubs with disciplined backlines and experienced goalkeepers. Factors such as fixture congestion, potential rotation, and variable home/away defensive splits further compress probabilities, reflecting broad consensus that several teams possess comparable tools to lead the category over 34 matches.
