The even spread of implied probabilities across more than two dozen forwards underscores the parity in Liga MX attacking depth at the start of the 2026-27 campaign. Early-season results show multiple clubs generating consistent chances, with current leaders such as Salomón Rondón and Lucas Ocampos yet to pull clear over a full Apertura and Clausura schedule. Factors including rotation in high-pressing systems, variable fixture congestion, and the absence of a proven 20-plus goal outlier from prior tournaments keep individual edges modest. Historical patterns of late surges by players like Paulinho and Juan Brunetta, combined with strong supporting casts at clubs such as Tigres, Toluca, and Chivas, sustain the tight market consensus that no single scorer holds a decisive advantage.

Only goals scored in Liga MX matches will count. Goals scored in other competitions (e.g., Campeon de Campeones, CONCACAF Champions Cup, Leagues Cup, international matches) will not count for this market.
Goals scored during the Apertura, Clausura and Liguilla will all count toward this market's resolution.
If multiple players tie for the top goal scorer, this market will resolve to the tied player who scores fewer goals from penalty kicks during all phases of the 2026-27 Liga MX season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with the higher xG during all phases of the 2026-27 Liga MX season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player whose last name comes first alphabetically.
If the 2026-27 Liga MX season is canceled or not completed by June 27, 2027, the market will resolve to "Other".
The primary resolution source will be official statistics from Liga MX. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
