The 2026-27 Serie A runner-up market remains tightly bunched because Inter Milan’s title defense leaves a wide-open chase among established challengers and rising sides. Napoli’s strong 2025-26 finish as runners-up, combined with ongoing squad continuity, keeps them narrowly favored, yet Juventus, AC Milan, Atalanta, Roma, and emerging Como all sit within a narrow implied-probability band after active summer transfer windows and managerial adjustments. Pre-season assessments highlight comparable squad depth, European commitments that could affect domestic form, and the absence of any clear second-place frontrunner, producing trader consensus that multiple clubs retain realistic paths to the position through consistent results and favorable head-to-head outcomes.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Serie A for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Serie A (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No".
If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source will be official information from the Serie A; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
