The early stages of the Liga MX Apertura 2026 keep the top goalscorer market tightly bunched, with no player establishing clear separation after roughly seven to eight matchdays. Salomón Rondón leads with eight goals for Pachuca, but several others sit on four or five, including Lucas Ocampos, Juninho, Roberto Alvarado, and Julián Carranza, while teams like Toluca, América, and Chivas post strong attacking outputs. Recent results show distributed scoring across matches, with multiple contributors per side and no sustained hot streak by any single forward. This parity, combined with long schedules ahead and variable form, sustains the broad field reflected in current pricing, where implied probabilities cluster without a pronounced favorite.

If multiple players tie for the top goal scorer, this market will resolve to the player whose last name comes first alphabetically.
If the 2026 Liga MX Apertura season is canceled or not completed by December 27, 2026, the market will resolve to "Other".
The primary resolution source will be official statistics from Liga MX. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
