Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” dominates trader sentiment for the Billboard Hot 100 week of October 3 due to its unmatched 22-week reign at No. 1 through mid-September, tying Mariah Carey’s all-time record and outpacing prior non-holiday leaders like “Old Town Road” and “A Bar Song (Tipsy).” The country crossover, co-written and produced with Miranda Lambert, maintains strong U.S. streaming, radio airplay impressions near 57 million, and digital sales while her album *Dandelion* returns to No. 1 on the Billboard 200. This sustained momentum, reinforced by consistent chart metrics and cultural resonance, creates overwhelming market-implied odds near 97%. An upset would require an unprecedented late surge from a competitor such as Stella Lefty’s “Boston” or a major new release breaking through in the final tracking days, though historical patterns and current data make such a shift improbable.
