This market will resolve according to the candidate who receives the most valid votes from Greenville County in the Special Republican Primary Runoff for United States Senator from South Carolina, which is scheduled to be held on August 25, 2026. The named candidates will be primarily ranked by the number of valid votes received in the specified election. If two or more candidates are tied on valid votes, ties will be broken by alphabetical order of the candidates' last names. This market will resolve to the candidate that occupies the highest finishing position after applying this ranking. If the Greenville County results of this election are not definitively known by December 31, 2026, this market will resolve to “Other.” This market will resolve based on a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the government of South Carolina, including the Election Commission and the government of Greenville County.Ralph Norman holds a commanding lead in trader expectations for Greenville County in South Carolina’s August 25 Republican Senate runoff, reflecting his decisive 40-23 percent primary victory there amid broader Upstate strength. Norman, the outgoing 5th District representative and House Freedom Caucus vice chair, outperformed across the region’s most populous counties by emphasizing his legislative record as a proven conservative. Darline Graham Nordone, the appointed incumbent and Lindsey Graham’s sister, carried most Midlands and Lowcountry counties statewide but trailed significantly in Greenville despite President Trump’s endorsement and heavy outside spending. Early voting data and historical county patterns reinforce the regional divide, with limited time remaining for shifts before polls close. A Norman county win would align with consistent Upstate preferences seen in recent primaries, though unusually high turnout favoring Nordone’s name recognition could narrow margins in this compressed contest.
