A July 31 agreement announced by President Trump’s Board of Peace advanced talks on militant group decommissioning with mediators including Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey, while countries such as Indonesia, Morocco, and Albania have offered personnel. Ongoing Israeli operations along access lines and incomplete phase-two negotiations on governance and verified weapons surrender continue to constrain any near-term entry of foreign security forces ahead of the August 31, 2026 resolution deadline, keeping trader focus on verification of official deployment rather than pledges alone.
