Rhyne Howard leads WNBA steals per game at 2.4 through the 2026 regular season, giving her a clear edge in trader consensus at 57% implied probability. The Atlanta Dream guard logs heavy minutes near 34 per contest while posting career-best defensive numbers alongside strong scoring and playmaking output. Teammate Jordin Canada sits second at 2.0 steals per game, reflecting the pair’s combined defensive pressure but trailing Howard’s pace. Lower-probability options such as Bridget Carleton, Ariel Atkins, and Kayla McBride remain competitive within their roles yet face steeper gaps in volume and consistency. Recent box scores confirm Howard’s multi-steal performances and sustained form as the primary drivers maintaining her market lead heading into the final stretch.
