This market will resolve to "Yes" if, at any point during August 2026, any 1-minute candle for NVIDIA (NVDA) has a final "High" price equal to or above the listed price. Only prices achieved during the regular trading hours of the primary exchange on which the listed security trades (typically 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM ET) will be considered. The dominant near-term catalyst is the fiscal second-quarter earnings release after the close on August 26, with consensus estimates calling for $92 billion in revenue—nearly doubling year-over-year—driven by Data Center growth exceeding 100%. Traders are pricing in potential volatility around this print, given the company’s $1 trillion-plus order backlog and hyperscaler capex trends. Broader semiconductor sector momentum and analyst price targets averaging near $306 provide longer-term support, though near-term resolution hinges on whether results and guidance confirm accelerating AI demand or highlight any supply or competitive pressures.
