This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 MLS Golden Boot. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLS rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLS season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Messi holds the clear lead in the 2026 MLS Golden Boot race through a 12-goal output in just 14 appearances for Inter Miami, supported by seven assists and multiple braces that reflect sustained scoring form and high expected goals involvement. Bouanga sits second with 10 goals across 17 starts for LAFC, bolstered by a recent post-World Cup break surge that includes multi-goal performances and Player of the Matchday honors. Cuypers, Surridge, and Musa trail with lower tallies but remain in contention via consistent minutes and team attacking roles. Trader consensus reflects these early-season goal differentials, remaining schedule length, and historical MLS scoring patterns, with Messi’s efficiency creating the widest probability gap while the mid-tier group competes in a more compressed range.
