Recent forecasts from models like GFS indicate a cooler overnight period for Madrid on September 10, with lows projected near 12–13°C amid clear to partly cloudy skies and northeasterly winds. This setup favors radiational cooling under reduced cloud cover compared to recent warmer nights, elevating the implied probability of an 11°C or below minimum while leaving room for model revisions closer to the date. Historical September lows average around 16°C, so this represents a notable short-term dip driven by the current high-pressure pattern. Updated runs from agencies such as AEMET and ECMWF over the next 48 hours will clarify whether the minimum settles in the lower teens or dips further.
