This market will resolve to "Yes" if the sitting Serbian National Assembly (Народна скупштина) is dissolved by the specified date, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market is official information from the government of Serbia, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.**Serbia's National Assembly dissolution remains pending ahead of snap parliamentary elections slated for October 18 or 25, 2026.** President Aleksandar Vučić announced these dates on August 20 following his June 27 pledge to resign within weeks and trigger early votes after 18 months of student-led protests over the 2024 Novi Sad railway station collapse. Under Serbia’s constitution, the president dissolves parliament to call early elections, with a 45-60 day campaign window required. A July no-confidence motion and ongoing opposition pressure have delayed action, but the firm October timeline signals dissolution is expected imminently, likely in September. Vučić’s Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) is positioned to contest strongly, with analysts noting his potential shift toward the premiership role. Key variables for traders include the exact dissolution decree timing, any further protest developments, and confirmation of the final election date.
