The 2026-27 Liga MX Apertura remains in its opening weeks, with most goalkeepers holding just one or zero clean sheets after seven or eight matches, keeping implied probabilities tightly clustered among Ezequiel Unsain, Andrés Sánchez and the broader field. Team defensive organization, recent form and fixture congestion drive the early positioning, as clubs like Toluca and América sit atop the table with stronger backlines while Atlético San Luis and others face tougher early schedules. Goalkeeper availability, distribution accuracy and set-piece vulnerability further differentiate contenders, with no single starter establishing clear separation through consistent shutouts. Trader consensus prices this uncertainty directly, reflecting the long season ahead and the potential for late surges once defensive patterns stabilize.
