**Trader consensus has settled decisively on a 13°C high for Buenos Aires on September 5, 2026, reflecting official observations of clear skies under a polar air mass advecting from the southwest.** Stations recorded a daytime maximum of 13°C (around 55°F) amid brisk winds of 10–15 km/h, with humidity near 40–55% and no precipitation, keeping conditions dry and cool. This fell below the September climatological mean of roughly 14.7°C, consistent with model guidance showing suppressed temperatures from the cold outbreak. The market-implied odds near 100% for 13°C align with verified station data from multiple sources, including local reports confirming the peak in the afternoon. A realistic challenge would require a measurement revision from the primary reporting station or an alternative threshold definition, though post-event verification makes such shifts unlikely.
