The tight clustering of probabilities around 42-50% for the 2026 Big Ten passing yards leader reflects the conference's quarterback depth entering the season, with no clear volume leader emerging from preseason evaluations. Julian Sayin at Ohio State and Dante Moore at Oregon top most rankings after efficient 2025 campaigns exceeding 3,500 yards each, but Jayden Maiava, Demond Williams Jr., Malik Washington, Bryce Underwood, Rocco Becht, and several transfers bring comparable experience and supporting talent. Factors such as offensive scheme balance, receiver production, schedule strength, and injury risks across multiple programs sustain the competitive balance among these starters.
