The 2026–27 Belgian Pro League season, which runs through May 2027 without playoffs for the first time in nearly two decades, will determine the two clubs earning 2027–28 UEFA Champions League berths under Belgium’s current coefficient allocation. After four matchdays, Sporting Charleroi and KAA Gent sit atop the table on 12 points, ahead of Union SG and defending champions Club Brugge. Preseason models and historical data still position Union SG and Club Brugge as the strongest contenders for the title and runner-up spots, reflecting deeper squads, transfer activity, and consistent European experience compared with early overperformers. Long-season factors such as fixture congestion, squad rotation, and head-to-head results among the traditional top sides will shape final positioning more than the opening-week results.

Resolution is based on the competition to which the listed team is allocated by the final 2026-27 Belgium Pro League standings, the 2026-27 domestic cup results, and the 2026-27 UEFA competition winners. A place obtained by playing and advancing through the UEFA qualifying rounds held after the domestic season does not count, and movement between competitions caused by those qualifying rounds has no bearing on resolution.
Once it becomes mathematically impossible for the listed team to earn a 2027-28 UEFA Champions League place by these routes, the associated market will immediately resolve to "No".
If the 2026-27 Belgium Pro League season is cancelled or postponed past May 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET such that the 2027-28 UEFA Champions League places cannot be determined, this market will resolve to "No".
The resolution source for this market will be official information from UEFA and/or the Belgium Pro League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
