Karmine Corp enters the LEC 2026 Summer Week 5 best-of-three against Shifters with an undefeated or near-perfect record, having already locked in the top spot in prior splits through consistent series wins and strong map control. Recent head-to-head results show KC defeating Shifters 2-1 multiple times in Spring, capitalizing on superior macro execution and individual performances in the mid and bot lanes. Shifters sit lower in the standings with middling win rates and have struggled to close series against top competition, though they retain upset potential via aggressive early-game skirmishes. Key upcoming factors include roster stability, patch adjustments favoring KC’s preferred compositions, and the match’s playoff implications for seeding. Trader consensus reflects KC’s sustained form and historical edge as the primary drivers behind current pricing.

In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
