Tesla shares closed at $321.55 on August 5 after a 1.77% decline, trading in a $320–327 range amid post-earnings consolidation. Q2 results released July 22 showed record vehicle deliveries and over $100 billion trailing revenue but an EPS miss at $0.33 versus $0.44 estimates, with operating income at $0.4 billion reflecting heavy AI, Robotaxi, and factory investments. Analyst consensus remains a buy with average targets near $423, while the stock sits well below its 52-week high of $498.83 and above the July low near $297. Broader EV-sector rotation and macroeconomic rate expectations continue to influence daily price action ahead of any August 6 resolution.

If the two specified prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve to "No".
Closing prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding.
If Tesla, Inc. (TSLA) does not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve 50-50.
For a standard full trading session, the closing price refers to the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange.
If the specified day has no valid Pyth Close value for the 1-minute candle corresponding to the end of regular trading hours on the primary exchange, the market will use the last valid Pyth price achieved during the regular trading hours of the primary exchange as the effective closing price.
