Abedallah Shelbayh enters the Winston-Salem Open qualification final as the top seed and higher-ranked player (ATP No. 253) against No. 400 Dhakshineswar Suresh on outdoor hard courts. The 22-year-old Jordanian, with prior ATP main-draw experience and a left-handed game featuring net approaches, advanced via a three-set comeback over Ryan Seggerman. Suresh, a 6'5" right-hander with a strong serve, reached this stage after his own three-set win over Roger Pascual Ferra and has shown recent momentum through Challenger results that lifted him into the top 400. With no prior head-to-head and both players coming off extended qualifying efforts, trader consensus reflects Shelbayh’s ranking edge and consistency while acknowledging Suresh’s physical tools and upset potential in a single-elimination format.
