The 2026 MotoGP title fight remains tightly bunched because several riders across Aprilia and Ducati squads have posted consistent podium results and strong qualifying pace through the summer rounds, with Jorge Martin holding a slim points lead over Marc Marquez, Marco Bezzecchi, Fabio Di Giannantonio, and Ai Ogura. Recent form swings, including Martin’s gains after Bezzecchi’s DNFs and Marquez’s multiple victories following his recovery, have kept the top five separated by roughly 50 points entering the final stretch. This depth of contenders, combined with variable race outcomes and no dominant constructor advantage, sustains the close market pricing among frontrunners.
