The Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, D.C. features a new 1.7-mile, seven-turn street circuit on the National Mall, creating high uncertainty ahead of the August 23 race. With no prior data on the layout, track evolution, or optimal setups, trader consensus shows a tightly bunched field where multiple drivers hold similar implied probabilities. Street-course specialists benefit from potential incidents, variable pit strategy, and qualifying volatility, while the full IndyCar roster—including consistent performers like Alex Palou and Scott Dixon alongside strong street racers such as Scott McLaughlin and David Malukas—faces equal risks from barriers, restarts, and mechanical attrition. Recent schedule confirmations and circuit unveilings underscore the event's inaugural nature, keeping outcomes wide open until practice sessions provide clearer signals.

If the Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington is canceled or rescheduled to a date 7 days after the original scheduled date, this market will resolve to "Other."
This market will resolve in favor of the driver who is officially listed in first place in the Official Box Score / Final Race Results published by IndyCar following the conclusion of the race. The official results are typically released shortly after the race ends and include any applied penalties and official adjustments.
Disqualifications or changes made after the publication of the official results will not affect market resolution. The timing of the victory lane ceremony does not determine the result for this market — only IndyCar's published results will be used to resolve this market.
The resolution source will be the official IndyCar website (indycar.com) and a consensus of credible sports news reporting.
