Scottie Scheffler's commanding position atop the 2026 FedExCup standings, reinforced by his recent eight-shot victory at the FedEx St. Jude Championship featuring a course-record 61, underpins his 23.5% implied probability as the clear leader among contenders. Trader consensus reflects his superior consistency, world ranking dominance, and substantial points cushion heading into the BMW Championship and Tour Championship, where playoff multipliers amplify leads. Rory McIlroy and Cameron Young trail with lower probabilities due to narrower margins in recent form and standings gaps, while the broad field highlights how strong showings from players like Ludvig Åberg or Tommy Fleetwood in the remaining events could narrow the chase, though historical patterns favor frontrunners with proven closing ability.
