Krajicek and Mektic bring substantial doubles experience and recent hard-court form into the Winston-Salem final, having advanced past Cabral/Tracy, Galloway/Goransson, and Arribage/Guinard while showing strong tiebreak and super-tiebreak execution. Nouza and Oberleitner, a rising pair with multiple 2026 Challenger titles and deep runs at Wimbledon and other events, reached their first ATP final by upsetting Ram/Salisbury and Miedler/Polmans on the same surface. The hard-court setting favors both teams' baseline play, but the seeded duo's head-to-head pedigree and consistency in high-pressure situations shape trader consensus around a narrow edge, tempered by the underdogs' momentum and lack of prior meetings.
