BTS’s “Swim” leads VMA Song of the Year trader sentiment at 61.5% implied probability, driven by its sustained dominance on global charts, including multiple weeks at No. 1 on Billboard Global (Excl. U.S.) and strong placement on the Global 200, alongside BTS’s massive ARMY fanbase and dual nominations for Song of the Year and Best K-Pop. The Sept. 27 ceremony in Los Angeles, with fan voting open through Sept. 25, amplifies momentum for the track from the Arirang album. PinkPantheress and Zara Larsson’s “Stateside” remix sits at 34.5% on viral video exposure and streaming gains, while Huntrix’s “Golden” and Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” trail at 31.5% and 23.5% amid solid but narrower genre traction. Madonna and Sabrina Carpenter’s “Bring Your Love” and lower-probability entries like Olivia Dean and Raye reflect limited recent crossover momentum against BTS’s scale.
