Both Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings enter the 2026 NFL season as NFC North rivals with overlapping strengths in quarterback play, offensive line depth, and defensive versatility, producing evenly matched projections that sustain tight trader consensus around season-series outcomes. The Bears' status as defending division champions under head coach Ben Johnson contrasts with the Vikings' returning core and recovery from prior-year injuries, yet neither holds a clear edge in head-to-head history or home/away splits. Recent roster adjustments and training-camp health reports for key contributors on both sides have reinforced parity, leaving the two-game series vulnerable to momentum swings, weather factors, and late-season rest decisions that keep implied probabilities clustered near even across Bears, Vikings, or split results.
