Early Premier League results have created a tight market for the 2026-27 bottom finisher, with promoted sides Hull City, Coventry City, and Ipswich Town carrying the highest implied probabilities alongside Fulham and several others. Coventry and Ipswich have collected few points while conceding heavily, consistent with the typical adjustment challenges faced by newly promoted clubs returning after long absences. Hull’s strong start has not fully shifted sentiment given the long season ahead and fixture difficulty. Established sides such as Fulham, Crystal Palace, and Tottenham have also posted poor early records, keeping their last-place odds clustered with the promoted group. Trader consensus reflects the narrow historical margins at the foot of the table and the potential for any of several teams to slide into 20th depending on form, injuries, and results over the coming months.

If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish in last place in the 2026-27 English Premier League (EPL) season (e.g., they are mathematically guaranteed to finish above 20th), this market will resolve to "No".
In the event of a tie for last place, this market will resolve based on the club officially recognized by the Premier League as finishing in 20th place. If multiple clubs are officially recognized as finishing in last place, this market will resolve to the club whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If the 2026-27 English Premier League (EPL) season is cancelled, postponed after June 13, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no last-place club declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The primary resolution source will be official information from the Premier League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
