This market will resolve in favor of the player that finishes the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season with the most rushing yards. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the player with more rushing touchdowns during the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player with a higher rushing yards per attempt. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to "Other". If the 2026 NCAA FBS season concludes early, is shortened, or is truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NCAA FBS statistics for completed games. If the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 3, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which player led NCAA FBS in rushing yards within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NCAA (https://www.ncaa.com/stats/football/fbs); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The wide-open 2026 NCAA Division I rushing yards market reflects preseason uncertainty around a deep group of returning tailbacks with comparable 2025 production and projected workloads. Ahmad Hardy leads implied probabilities after a standout Missouri campaign exceeding 1,600 rushing yards at 6.4 yards per carry, though a reported offseason procedure raises availability questions heading into early September. Kewan Lacy follows closely on the strength of his Ole Miss breakout (1,567 yards on a nation-leading 306 carries), tempered by load-management discussions to preserve explosiveness. Justice Haynes, LJ Martin, Cam Cook, and Caleb Hawkins sit in a tight cluster behind them, buoyed by strong per-carry efficiency and favorable offensive-line or scheme contexts at their respective programs. With no dominant frontrunner and college rushing outcomes highly sensitive to injuries, usage splits, and conference strength of schedule, trader consensus prices the field as highly competitive.
